The Student Enrichment Experience (SEE) After School Programs and Contract Services provide valuable educational and recreational opportunities for K-12 students.

Offered in Winston-Salem and Charlotte, NC, SEE After School provides K-12 students who are blind or visually impaired with vital peer support, independent living skills training and enrichment opportunities. SEE helps students acquire essential life and social skills. IFB offers consultation and contract services in the western NC area.

This after school program combines arts and crafts, music, cooking, assistive technology and independent living skills to foster independence.

In 2012 Tracy’s Little Red Schoolhouse opened on the campus of IFB Solutions in Winston-Salem to provide dedicated space for SEE programming as well as cooking and art classes for adults. At SEE After School, K-12 students work through a curriculum that parents say changes their lives forever.

Our newest after school program provides students the same opportunities that Winston-Salem’s program has, but closer to their home in Charlotte.

This program provides education that reaches beyond lessons learned in school. This is a place where parents know their children are excelling in skills they will take with them for life.

IFB Solutions provides services to students, schools, and families throughout Western North Carolina. The SEE School Activities program hosts school-year activities for children who are blind or visually impaired and their families. We also offer consultation and contract services to local school districts, including instruction in orientation and mobility, assistive technology, and classroom services for students with visual impairments.
