Request for Proposals: Manufacturing Facility Improvements

IFB Solutions is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced general contractors for proposed improvements to its manufacturing campus at 7730 North Point Drive in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

The project includes construction of an approximately 22,250-square-foot manufacturing and inventory facility, along with related site, parking, transportation, utility, stormwater and infrastructure improvements. The work is intended to support IFB Solutions’ ongoing manufacturing operations while improving site functionality, accessibility and safety.
