The IFB Beat 6-9 Edition

A Message from the Editor

Welcome to this week’s edition of The IFB Beat, your inside look at the heart and hustle of IFB Solutions!

It’s always inspiring to see the many ways our employees bring our mission to life, and this week, we are thrilled to celebrate some of the exceptional individuals who go above and beyond. From long-time team members like Alena Kadol and Oralia De La Cruz to newer faces like Tim Jones and Cole Deluca, these Employees of the Month embody the values that make IFB strong with a relentless drive to succeed.

Meanwhile, our programs are going strong, from Veterans enjoying the peace of a fishing tournament on Randleman Lake to accessible reading adventures kicking off this summer. Whether it’s supporting wellness through benefits, gathering in support groups, or making reading inclusive for all, there’s something for everyone in this week’s update.

Thank you for being part of the IFB family and for taking a moment to celebrate the people, programs, and opportunities that make a difference.

IFB Programs Update: Our Veterans are having a fishing goodtime!

Rick and Dale pose in front of the Operation North State trailer

Dale Baker, Distribution Center Manager and Rick Gaefe, scissors Assembler competed in the fishing tournament hosted by Operation North State at Randleman Lake. Shannon Satterfield, Director of Professional Services, went as a support buddy and spent the day on the pontoon boat with Rick and Dale. Hooks were baited with lures, lines were cast into the water, and patient fisherman waited for the rod to register that wonderful resistance when a fish was tugging on the line. Although our vets did not win any prizes, they enjoyed a day in nature as a special event because they served in our US military.
