A Message from the Editor

Welcome to this week’s edition of the IFB Beat! We’re excited to kick things off by welcoming Aubrey Ramsdell to the corporate/finance team. Be sure to say hello and make her feel at home.

This week we’re also celebrating several outstanding team members from the Winston-Salem facility who were recognized as employees of the month for November, December and January. These individuals demonstrate the very best of IFB Solutions. Congratulations to each of you.

Our Employee Spotlight features on Norissa Lee, an assembler/packer at the Winston-Salem facility. Norissa shares a little about her journey to Winston-Salem, her love for singing at church and the gratitude she feels for the opportunity to work at IFB.

You’ll also find opportunities to get involved in the community with the Second Chance Prom hosted by the National Federation of the Blind (NFB), as well as information about the upcoming Lead 4 Success leadership training for employees and helpful reminders about managing your 401(k) retirement account. As always, thank you for reading and enjoy this week’s edition of the IFB Beat!
