Amy finds immense satisfaction in her role, stating, “Working for IFB has been a true pleasure. The feeling you get from being part of an organization that has such a positive impact in people’s lives is a true blessing.” She is a team player and her contributions significantly impact the organization’s success.

Outside of her professional life, Amy enjoys working in her vegetable garden, cooking, and spending quality time with her family. She loves vacationing in the mountains but has a special affinity for the beach, which is evident to anyone who visits her office. Amy’s passion for both her work and personal life exemplifies her commitment to making the most out of every day. We’ll also have Chick-Fil-A boxed lunches for everyone and lots of other fun things including snow cones, popcorn, bingo, photo booth, and more. Two GRAND prizes will be given out at the end of the event that you won’t want to miss!
Employees will exit through the lobby to the administrative parking lot. Each department will head to lunch at a different time to avoid traffic jams – please talk to your supervisor for your group’s time. For administrative employees, please join the line for lunch at 12:45pm.

Parking will not be available in the administrative lot, and as a reminder, parking is not available in the shipping and receiving area, or at the Food Lion. Please review available parking here.

For manufacturing employees, please remember and plan accordingly for a workday early dismissal from the company picnic on August 29. Dismissal will be at 3:00pm and all employees will be paid for the remainder of the scheduled workday. For all those to which this applies, please schedule your transportation accordingly.

Winston-Salem Facility General Assembly is now at the Picnic, Thursday, August 29

The General Assembly meeting has been moved to Thursday, August 29, at 12:45pm during the company picnic. We’re looking forward to presenting employee of the month awards for May, June, and July as well as a reminder of company picnic details and remarks from Dan Kelly, President, and CEO.

While we’ll have plenty of activities and fun throughout the day, let’s make sure to give our full attention to the important updates and acknowledgments being shared at 12:45.

Winston-Salem Facility Canteen Hours Update

Please note that on Thursday, August 29, there will be no assistance available in the Winston-Salem Facility canteen after 11:00 a.m. due to the company picnic. We encourage you to plan your canteen needs accordingly. Thank you.

See what S.E.E. is Doing!

S.E.E. campers with their magic wands

S.E.E. Day Camp week 4 was hosted by Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. First year students got their magic wand, post owl, patronus, and house on their first day. They made a cake with murtlap powder and moonstone juice in potions, had oobleck for a crystal ball in divination, found out the magical properties of the phoenix in care of magical creatures, and studied moon phases with Oreo cookies in astronomy. They earned gallions, sickles, and knuts to spend in Honeydukes Candy Shop and Zonko’s Joke Shop. Lunch was cottage pie, lemon cake, and cold butter beer.
