Coffee with the CEO Update

After completing week ten of Coffee with the CEO, I want to express my gratitude for the active participation of over one hundred employees. Your honesty and feedback are truly appreciated. While there have been great questions and discussions on a variety of topics, much of your comments have related to LeanIT and the way it operates. IFB Solutions is committed to improving efficiency, and LeanIT is an important tool. However, implementing anything of this scale will take time. This past week, I arranged all your input specific to LeanIT and organized a meeting with my leadership team this coming week to directly address challenges, issues and misunderstandings related to LeanIT. I’m looking forward to my leadership team sharing updates with you soon and enabling your supervisors to lead effectively. Thank you for your contributions in Coffee with the CEO, and I eagerly anticipate our next session!
