IFB Beat – 2023 Benefits Reminder

Open Enrollment Closes Friday, May 26

If you have already enrolled, way-to-go! Tomorrow, Friday May 26, is the last day to enroll for full-time IFB Solutions benefits for medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and more. Enroll NOW to avoid any disruptions to your benefits. This deadline is unchangeable – you must act by midnight on Friday, May 26. No exceptions can be granted.

All employees must login to Paycom (link here: https://www.paycomonline.net/v4/ee/web.php/app/login), and take one of the following actions:

Decline benefits. Note you must do this even if you are not currently enrolled in benefits
Select and accept new benefits. These will go into effect 7/1/2023.
Select and accept the same level of benefits you are currently enrolled in. These will go into effect 7/1/2023 and you will receive new identification cards based on carrier changes.

For many benefits, our carriers are changing; the biggest is that Healthgram will replace BlueCross BlueShield for medical, and Dental and Vision will now be offered through MetLife. Below are the benefit guides:
