In March 2020, The U.S. Department of Defense deemed IFB Solutions essential to the security of our nation and a critical manufacturer for the U.S. Armed Forces. As we remain open, we understand that our business is important to the country, however the health of our employees is our number one priority. Our best practices are subject to change and evolve with CDC guidelines, requirements from the state of North Carolina, which is home to IFB Solutions corporate headquarters, or any state requirements affecting other IFB Solutions business locations.

COVID-19 Preparedness

The IFB Solutions Coronavirus Response Team is comprised of IFB Solutions executives, medical staff, senior director of corporate communications and director of safety and environmental health. This team is the corporate decision-making body responsible for COVID-19 best practices.

Employee Responsibility

All employees are expected to stay home if they are sick so we can keep staff and healthy and safe. Any employee who tests positive for COVID-19 is responsible for self-reporting. This means you are required to tell your supervisor immediately if you’ve tested positive. Any employee who has been tested and is waiting on results is required to stay home until the results are reported and notify his or her supervisor immediately.
