Meet the HR Team!

In the next few editions of the IFB Beat, we will introduce you to the IFB Solutions HR department. This week, we introduce you to the final two members of the IFB Solutions HR department. We hope this series has helped you understand how the HR team can support your needs. In this issue, we highlight Morgan Dugan, Employee Relations Specialist, and Gladymar Aponte Quintana, Employee Labor Relations Specialist.

Morgan Dugan: Employee Relations Specialist

Morgan Dugan has been with IFB Solutions for a brief but impactful six months. She first learned about IFB Solutions during her tenure as a Staffing Representative at Resource Staffing Company, where she was introduced to IFB Solutions. Now serving as an Employee Relations Specialist in Winston-Salem, Morgan plays a crucial role in supporting a positive work environment within the organization. Her primary responsibility is to bridge the gap between employees and management, addressing concerns and conflicts that may arise in the workplace. She assists with various requests, provides guidance on HR policies and procedures, and ensures that employees’ inquiries are managed efficiently through the ticketing system. Morgan’s dedication to nurturing strong relationships within the organization enables employees to thrive.

Morgan’s experience at IFB Solutions has been immensely rewarding. She states, “Working at IFB Solutions has been truly rewarding. I am honored to be part of an organization that upholds such important values.” Building relationships and connecting with people on both professional and personal levels has been a fulfilling aspect of her role. She is proud to contribute to a team committed to making a difference in the lives of others and is excited to further support the mission of IFB Solutions.

A military veteran and proud mother of one, Morgan was born and raised in North Carolina but recently returned home after living in Illinois for the past few years. Her son’s passion for soccer keeps her busy, but she cherishes the time spent cheering him on from the sidelines and making memories with her family. In her free time, Morgan enjoys listening to music, engaging in arts and crafts, and spending time outdoors. She loves taking her dogs to the park and exploring new hiking trails. In Morgan Dugan, IFB has found a compassionate and dedicated team player!

Gladymar Aponte Quintana: Employee Labor Relations Specialist

Gladymar Aponte Quintana has been a dedicated member of IFB Solutions for four years. She first discovered IFB Solutions through a job posting on Indeed, and since joining, she has played a crucial role as an Employee Labor Relations specialist.

In her position based in Puerto Rico, Gladymar manages a variety of responsibilities, including selection, recruitment, interviews, the onboarding process, disciplinary actions, processing invoices from over five providers, weekly payroll approvals, and benefits enrollment. Her comprehensive skill set, and dedication ensure that the HR functions run smoothly and efficiently.

Reflecting on her tenure at IFB SOLUTIONS, Gladymar states, “The best experience that can be applied to every aspect of my life has been working with IFB Solutions.”

Outside of her professional life, Gladymar holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Human Resources and a master’s degree in management of technology. She is a proud mother of two sons, an avid swimmer, and cherishes the time she spends with her loved ones. Gladymar is a valuable asset to IFB Solutions, and we are glad to have her and all she contributes on the team!

Winston-Salem Facility Ice Cream Social this Thursday, June 27

 

Spread the word! The Winston-Salem Facility’s HR department will be hosting an Ice Cream Social on June 27 in the cafeteria. Come socialize with friends and enjoy ice cream during your last break!

Winston-Salem Facility Canteen Hours Update

Effective Monday, July 1, the Winston-Salem facility canteen will not have coverage for assistance during the following times:

• • 8:30am-8:45am
  • 11:00am-11:15am
  • 1:00pm-1:30pm

The canteen will remain open even during these times but will not have an assistant. This time change will accommodate our canteen attendant’s break schedule. Please note these hours and plan your canteen needs accordingly.

CLVC Item of the Week:

Tel-Time Talking Keychain Clock for $12.95

This talking keychain for the visually impaired features both LCD and audio time report, alarm, and hourly time announcement, all on the convenience of a keychain. This talking keychain uses two LR44 batteries (included). 1/4-inch black numbers on LCD display, female voice.
